Yitzchok received his Social Work degree from Long Island University. He has many years of experience in the education system, first as a special education teacher, and then as a school social worker. Besides for his work at Ezra Medical, Yitzchok heads the mental health department at Ha’or Beacon, a special education school that concentrates on helping young children and adolescents with behavioral, social, and emotional challenges. Yitzchok has clinical experience with providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, teens and adults. He uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psycho-Educational Therapy, Play Therapy, and is trained in Trauma Focused CBT. Yitzchok specializes in social skills geared towards children and adults. He has developed social skills curricula, focusing on critical social interactive skills, currently used in Ha’or Beacon.
