Chaim Fried LMSW, graduated from Long Island University with a master’s degree in Social Work. Chaim has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults on a variety of issues including anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, challenges related to parenting, and relationship difficulties. Chaim is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), attachment based play therapy, and psychodynamic treatment approaches. In addition, he has experience working in schools with children and families who are experiencing academic and developmental difficulties. Chaim believes in drawing on an individual’s own strengths to help overcome issues and obstacles, and to realize their unique potential to live a richer and happier life.
